Radius dressers are used to form concave and convex radii usually ranging from .010” to .250”
Concave Radius Dressers are used to generate a concave radius into the corner or center of a grinding wheel. These diamonds are un-cut naturally shaped triangles called Maccles and are machined concentric to the shank.
Convex Radius Dressers are used to form a convex radius on grinding wheels. These diamonds can be single point or conical type diamonds both are machined concentric to the shank.
